Job summary

Benchmark Analytics is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead a three-person delivery pod (Configuration Specialist, Data Engineer, Reporting Analyst) responsible for end-to-end implementations for a book of agencies. You will coach the team, manage multi-phase projects, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across the Benchmark Management System.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• 5+ years of relevant technology/software implementation experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a SaaS environment, preferably supporting enterprise customers.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex implementations with multi-phase projects.
• Ability to read and reason about data mappings, configurations, and integration designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a three-person technical delivery pod across multiple Benchmark Management System implementations.
• Coach and develop technical individual contributors and ensure accountability.
• Balance pod capacity and sequence work to meet customer commitments.
• Develop project charters and implementation plans with dependencies and timelines.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to customers regularly.
• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and actions.
• Drive internal process improvements and training materials.
