Benchmark Analytics is searching for an experienced Enterprise Delivery Manager to lead complex customer implementations across our SaaS platform. This pivotal role requires over 10 years in customer-facing software delivery and will oversee major municipal police departments and state corrections agencies.

The ideal candidate has expertise in managing delivery outcomes, strong operational instincts, and the ability to handle executive conversations. The position offers a competitive salary range of $160k - $175k and the flexibility to work remotely, provided candidates are located in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in customer‑facing software delivery.
• 4+ years managing a delivery or implementation team.
• 5+ years in a SaaS environment with enterprise or public-sector customers.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes across the Enterprise customer portfolio.
• Lead implementations from contract signature through go‑live.
• Manage a team accountable for delivery across their assigned accounts.
