Motorola Solutions, through its Silvus Technologies subsidiary, seeks a Director of Business Development to own multi‑year capture efforts for U.S. Army programs.

You will build strategic relationships with Army stakeholders, prime contractors, and OEMs to shape requirements and drive opportunities across the full capture lifecycle. The role emphasizes horizon scanning, market intelligence, and coordination with Market Development and sales teams to land long‑cycle contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi‑year U.S. Army captures and proposals.
• Develop deep relationships with buying influencers (PEOs/PMs, primes, OEMs).
• Shape requirements to position Silvus MN‑MIMO technology for long‑term programs.
• Manage lifecycle of pursuits from horizon scanning to award.
