Westlake Financial is seeking a Strategic Dealer Manager to expand relationships with large corporate franchise auto dealerships and drive loan production. You will train dealers, provide solutions, and maintain partnerships with senior account executives to maximize funding opportunities.

Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Background in Sales, Automotive, or Phone sales preferred.
• Sales Track Record: 1-2 years of experience in a sales role with proven success.
• Education: High School Diploma required; College degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Presentation Skills: Ability to understand and persuasively present Westlake’s value through digital communications.
• Communication & Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to engage and influence decision-makers.
• Tech Savviness: Proficiency in CRM tools, phone management, and adaptability to new technology.
• Goal-Oriented Mindset: Self aware individual who will measure themselves for growth and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Strategic Franchise Dealerships to drive loan production and revenue growth.
• Provide expert guidance via phone, email, and video meetings to train dealers on current programs and fast funding requirements.
• Collaborate with dealer partners to provide solutions, rehash, and restructure vehicle loans for optimal approvals.
• Review and identify opportunities for the dealership to find value in Westlake Financial.
