Qualifications

• Industry experience in Sales, Automotive, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a sales role with proven success.
• High School Diploma is required; college degree is a plus or equivalent experience.
• Able to present Westlake’s value persuasively via digital channels.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage and influence decision-makers.
• Proficient with CRM tools and phone management; adaptable to new tech.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented with a drive for growth and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Strategic Franchise Dealerships to drive loan production.
• Provide expert guidance via phone, email, and video meetings to train dealers on programs and funding requirements.
• Collaborate with dealer partners to offer solutions and restructure vehicle loans for approvals.
• Review opportunities to identify value for Westlake Financial at the dealer level.
