Westlake Financial is seeking a Strategic Dealer Manager in Los Angeles to drive loan production and revenue growth with strategic dealership partners. You will train and support dealers, manage relationships, and deliver white-glove service.

The role is full-time and on-site, offering an uncapped commission-based compensation plan with six-figure earnings potential and comprehensive benefits, in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Strategic Franchise Dealerships to drive loan production and revenue growth.
• Provide expert guidance via phone, email, and video meetings to train dealers on current programs and fast funding requirements.
• Collaborate with dealer partners to provide solutions, rehash, and restructure vehicle loans for optimal approvals.
• Review and identify opportunities for the dealership to find value in Westlake Financial.
