Westlake Financial is seeking a Strategic Dealer Manager to expand our presence with large corporate franchise auto dealerships and to deliver white-glove service. You will drive loan production while coordinating with National Account Executives, building dealer-level partnerships, and presenting Westlake’s offerings with confidence.

Qualifications

• Background in Sales, Automotive, or Phone sales preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience with proven success.
• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Able to influence decision-makers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Strategic Franchise Dealerships to drive loan production and revenue growth.
• Provide expert guidance via phone, email, and video meetings to train dealers on current programs and fast funding requirements.
• Collaborate with dealer partners to provide solutions, rehash, and restructure vehicle loans for optimal approvals.
• Review and identify opportunities for the dealership to find value in Westlake Financial.
