Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to lead post-sale technical strategy and execution for flagship customers. You will collaborate with sales, field engineering, and professional services to onboard and drive adoption of Databricks workloads, ensuring success and measurable value.

You will be the primary technical lead across multiple use cases, coordinating with internal teams, enabling customers, and reporting KPI/status to leadership. U.S.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accountable technical project delivery in Data and AI.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting role.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Can travel up to 30% when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win account strategy and execution for priority use cases.
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple teams for production-ready workloads.
• First point of contact for production/go-live issues across use cases.
• Coordinate with Professional Services and internal teams to drive delivery and adoption.
• Provide KPI updates and status reports to Technical GM.
