Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to blend technical leadership with strategic account growth. In this hybrid role, you will partner with sales and field engineering to accelerate adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform for Startup and Emerging Enterprise customers, and you will lead post-sale technical engagements across multiple use cases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical projects in Data and AI.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales or consulting.
• Strong understanding of distributed data architecture.
• Ability to translate business value into project deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Willing to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical-win account strategy for key use cases.
• Be accountable technical leader across multiple teams.
• Lead onboarding, go-live, and healthy consumption.
• Serve as a single point of contact for production status issues.
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Onboarding/Technical Services, and Support.
• Create and execute POV on rapid production of use cases.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on new innovations.
• Develop execution plan across work streams.
• Provide KPI updates to Technical GM.
