Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical projects in Data & AI domains.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
• Understanding of distributed data systems architectures.
• Ability to translate business value into project deliverables.
• Technical program or project management accountability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and field engineering to accelerate platform adoption.
• Lead post-technical win account strategy and execution for strategic use cases.
• Be the primary technical lead across Databricks products within assigned accounts.
• Serve as the first point of contact for production/go-live issues across use cases.
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Onboarding, PS, and Support to deliver customer outcomes.
• Develop and execute plans to accelerate use case production and adoption.
• Provide KPI updates on usage, health, investment status, and risks.
