Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to drive post-sale success with SLED customers. You will lead technical and strategic efforts, partnering with sales, field engineering, and professional services to accelerate adoption of the Databricks Platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering technical projects in Data and AI domains.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting role.
• Understanding of distributed data system architecture.
• Experience resolving escalations with senior executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution across strategic accounts.
• Be the accountable technical leader for use cases across multiple selling teams.
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Onboarding/PS resources to deliver tasks beyond scope.
• Develop execution plans for production move, enablement, and adoption of workloads.
• Provide KPI updates on usage, customer health, and investment status to leadership.
