Job summary

ibex is seeking a Business Strategy & Intel Manager to play a key role in monthly GM reporting and leadership analysis, driving the collection of non-CM information and the GM review processes. The role will partner with Operations, Client Services, WFM, and the Reports Team to ensure accurate data collection and analysis, and to provide insights that improve profitability.

You will develop and improve data collection and reporting using Power BI and Excel, perform data modeling and warehousing,

• Experience in data modeling and data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets to provide actionable insights that help drive a variety of business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into data analysis projects.
• Create reports using business intelligence tools like Power BI, and Excel.
• Conduct data modeling and data warehousing to structure data effectively for analysis and reporting.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business success and support decision-making.
• Perform data mining to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Work closely with Operations, Client Services, WFM, and Reports Team to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
• Provide business analytics support to improve business processes and profitability.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel
• Experience with data visualization, dashboards, and data modeling
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about business needs and data solutions
• Knowledge of data mining, data warehousing, and automation techniques
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work with large data sets
• Good understanding of Financial modeling
• Familiarity with AI Tools for advanced data analysis is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings in a clear, actionable manner
• Certifications in business intelligence tools or data analytics (e.g., IBM Certified BI Analyst) is an advantage
