Insight Global is seeking a Manager of Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead a team of analysts supporting business intelligence, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making within Revenue Operations.

This leader will guide the team in translating complex business questions into structured analyses, querying and validating data, and delivering clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of BI/analytics or reporting analysts.
• Strong SQL knowledge with ability to guide others in querying data.
• Advanced Excel and experience building dashboards in Tableau.
• Experience with data validation, cleaning, auditing, and complex analytical problem-solving.
• Proactive in identifying analytical opportunities and recommending next steps.

Responsibilities
