Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a BI Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise BI solutions that drive actionable insights and strategic decisions. You will manage a global team, partner with stakeholders, and ensure governance, performance, and security across BI assets.

The role supports cloud adoption (Snowflake, Azure Data Factory) and ERP modernization efforts, requiring strong leadership and data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and 5+ years of BI/data analytics experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI and at least one cloud data warehousing platform.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to design, implement, and govern BI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts and developers.
• Partner with stakeholders to document business requirements and reporting needs.
• Design, build, and maintain enterprise BI dashboards, KPIs, and reports (Power BI and other tools).
• Ensure data governance, security, and performance best practices across BI solutions.
• Prioritize BI projects and communicate status to leadership.
• Support cloud data warehouse integration and data pipelines (Snowflake, Azure Data Factory).
• Drive data-driven culture and governance through training and documentation.
