Job summary

Indeed is seeking a Manager of Business Intelligence to lead a group of analysts shaping business strategy across multiple teams. You will own the design, build, and ownership of scalable analytics solutions end to end, from data models and SQL to dashboards and metrics the business relies on.

You will partner with senior leaders to define priorities, set the team’s analytical agenda, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or PhD with experience leading BI teams
• Proven ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
• Experience shaping analytic architecture and data governance
• Expert in SQL across large datasets and Python for data analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of BI analysts, set priorities, coach, and manage performance
• Own design and development of scalable dashboards and data products
• Drive cross-functional analyses and translate findings into strategic recommendations
• Lead AI-assisted workflows and automated analytics to scale insights
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define KPIs and measurement strategies
