Job summary

Topgolf Entertainment Group seeks a Manager, Business Intelligence to lead a team of BI product owners and reporting engineers. You will define data models, ensure high-quality dashboards, and drive decisions across corporate venues.

You’ll own the BI roadmap and ensure data contracts with upstream systems, balancing speed with accuracy. The role requires strong SQL, data modeling, and experience with Amazon QuickSight, Redshift, and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or analytics engineering.
• Proven experience leading a mixed team of technical and business-facing roles.
• Fluent in agile delivery: backlog management, prioritization, sprints, and stakeholder demos.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI product owners and reporting engineers across two skill tracks.
• Own BI product roadmap for corporate functions and venues.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Product, Security on architecture and data contracts.
• Own datasets, SPICE, row-level security, and governance in Quick Suite.
• Deliver recurring reporting and in-depth analyses across finance, operations, and guest experience.
