Job summary

ibex is seeking a highly skilled, data-centric professional to manage strategic client relationships and drive globally consistent delivery across programs. You will coordinate with CST, Recruitment, Training and Operations to align strategies aimed at improving performance and client satisfaction.

The role requires leading multi-site, cross-functional teams, spotting opportunities, and delivering data-driven recommendations to executives, with travel as needed and a remote/onsite hybrid work

Qualifications

• Must be data-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and programs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client single point of contact and strategic partner.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and adherence to contracts.
• Identify opportunities across the life cycle for growth.
• Drive KPI alignment (QA, CSAT, AHT) across sites.
• Collaborate with operations to implement data-driven improvements.
• Present performance insights to executives.
