Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. is seeking a Data Insights Analyst to transform data into meaningful insights that support the Sales Excellence organization. You will analyze large datasets, build Power BI dashboards, and develop KPI reporting to help leaders measure performance.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, translate complex data into clear recommendations, and present findings to business stakeholders. The role offers US base pay with opportunities for incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Three years of professional experience, incl. data analytics or BI.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards using Power BI.
• Experience with DAX and Power Query.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Derive actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Develop KPI reporting to measure performance and inform decisions.
• Support sales performance, profitability, customer engagement, and pipeline management.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc analyses and translate data for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges.
