Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Management, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing BI or Data teams.
• Advanced SQL and database management skills.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, data modeling, and KPI development.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the BI and Data Analytics team.
• Establish priorities, objectives, and performance expectations.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.
• Manage project priorities, resources, and workloads across initiatives.
• Coach team members and promote professional development and technical excellence.
• Own the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
• Standardize metrics, reporting methodologies, and KPI definitions across the organization.
• Design executive dashboards for visibility into operational and financial performance.
• Partner with leaders to understand reporting needs and derive insights.
• Develop enterprise data governance policies and data quality standards.
• Promote data governance for regulatory compliance and business objectives.
