Job summary

Harting Americas is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager – Data Center to drive sales and business development within hyperscale accounts. This remote role supports customers in the Seattle, Portland and San Francisco Bay areas, leveraging Harting’s connectivity solutions and engineering collaboration.

You will map plants and design centers, coordinate with product management, and build senior‑level relationships to win opportunities and deliver value across data center projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience and/or training in technical solutions selling.
• Experience with CRM and SAP preferred.
• Travel up to 30% as required.

Responsibilities

• Map network of plants, design and decision centers, supply chain methods, subcontractors, contract manufacturers and distributors for designated accounts.
• Evaluate overall connectivity potential and determine share by competitors.
• Propose and execute medium to long term penetration plans to maximize share and identify new product opportunities.
• Develop relationships at high levels within key accounts and subcontractors to secure access to future business.
• Coordinate project activity with Market Development Management and Product Management for info flow on product development and potentials.
