QTS Realty Trust is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee multiple campus development projects, maintaining budgets, schedules, and executive-ready status reports. You will partner with design, construction, and sales teams to craft master development plans and ensure timely, on-budget delivery of site programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in commercial construction, with strong MS Office skills and travel up to 25%. US citizenship is required for federal contracts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Five+ years of commercial construction experience and various delivery methods (lump sum, CM@R, design-build).
• Experience with MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for updates and Excel for budgets.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple campus development projects with budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Create monthly executive-level updates on development program and project status.
• Develop master development programs for sites and confirm capital budgets.
• Coordinate entitlements and permitting for assigned sites and review subcontractor pricing.
• Lead procurement coordination for equipment delivery and review vendor bids.
• Maintain campus master plans and communicate plans to stakeholders.
