Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Sales Manager to grow our Data Center and IT Cooling business in the United States. You will manage strategic accounts, build executive relationships, and coordinate with engineering to deliver customized cooling solutions using the Motivair portfolio, including Chilled Door units, CDU, and HDUs.

You will report to the VP of Sales; this is a hybrid role with remote work and periodic onsite requirements, plus at least 30% travel annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience supporting large enterprise customers.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; engineering background encouraged.
• Industry background in data center infrastructure, HVAC, thermodynamics, hydronic systems, or related technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall account management to existing customers within defined strategic accounts.
• Develops relationships with C‑Suite executives and decision makers.
• Identifies client needs and collaborates with engineering to develop solutions.
• Prospects new customers and partners with distributors.
• Prepares professional business reviews and technical solution proposals.
