Job summary

ARG Industrial is seeking a National Accounts & Data Center Solutions Manager to lead the national account program and expand our liquid cooling offerings for hyperscale and enterprise data centers. You will engage with executive decision-makers, engineers, OEMs, and contractors to drive strategic sales, negotiate multi-site agreements, and ensure consistent service across regions.

Remote-field role with travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, national accounts, or application engineering, preferably in HVAC, fluid conveyance, or data center infrastructure.
• Ability and willingness to travel a minimum of one week per month, including regional and national travel.
• Proven success in selling to hyperscale data center operators and related markets.
• Demonstrated executive presence, with the ability to engage C‑suite stakeholders and deliver high‑level presentations to executive audiences.
• Technical proficiency in liquid cooling technologies and system design.
• Strong reading of technical drawings, P&IDs, and specs.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage ARG Industrial’s national account program and lead expansion into liquid cooling for hyperscale/data centers.
• Develop and execute a market-specific sales strategy focused on direct-to-chip, RDHx, and immersion cooling applications.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and needs assessment through to closing and account management.
• Represent ARG Industrial at conferences, events, and vendor meetings.
