Job summary

Schneider Electric's Motivair division seeks a capable Solution Architect to drive tailored data center cooling solutions, interfacing with customers to capture complex needs and craft multi-product configurations. The role combines technical depth with strong communication and project leadership across engineering, sales, and external partners.

You'll work with R&D and external consultants, document solutions, and contribute to product improvements while ensuring alignment with development

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
• 5–10 years of related experience preferred.
• Customer-facing experience in technical sales support is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead technical liquid cooling solutions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with sales teams and customers to refine business requirements.
• Design and recommend solutions for complex product configurations.
• Work with suppliers and external engineering consultants to resolve technical challenges.
• Assist in multiple ongoing projects and ensure timely completion.
