Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Sales Manager to grow Data Center and IT Cooling solutions nationwide in the United States. You will manage strategic accounts, engage with executives, and collaborate with the Motivair team to tailor Chilled Door, CDU, and HDU-based cooling solutions for complex data center needs.

This remote role requires travel, with onsite presence two days per week near a Schneider Electric hub, and a minimum of 30% travel annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Engineering degree strongly encouraged.
• 5+ years of sales experience with large enterprise customers.
• Proven track record of >30% year-over-year growth.
• Demonstrated ability to pursue and secure new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall account management to defined strategic accounts.
• Penetrates management hierarchy to develop executive relationships.
• Identifies client needs and collaborates with engineering to develop solutions.
• Prospects new customers.
• Utilizes market research and sales training to target prospects.
• Evaluates opportunities using CRM and tech-driven methods.
• Prepares business reviews and technical proposals for executives.
• Coordinates with Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Educates customers on product advantages and outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned.
