Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth in Data Center and IT Cooling sectors across the United States. You will manage key accounts, engage C-suite stakeholders, and collaborate with engineering to tailor solutions using Motivair products including Chilled Door, CDU, and HDU systems.

Travel up to 30% is required, with some onsite work if near a Schneider Electric hub. You will report to the VP of Sales, coordinating with Customer Service, and supporting large enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; engineering degree strongly encouraged.
• 5+ years of sales experience supporting large enterprise customers.
• Background in data center infrastructure, HVAC, thermodynamics, hydronic systems, or related technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall account management to existing customers within defined strategic accounts.
• Penetrates management hierarchies to develop relationships at the highest levels.
• Identifies client needs and develops solutions with engineering teams.
• Prospects new customers and targets opportunities using CRM and market research.
• Prepares business reviews, value-based presentations, and technical proposals.
