Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA INC is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Data Center colocation accounts. The role emphasizes building long-term customer relationships, expanding strategic accounts, and managing pipelines across multiple locations in the United States.

You will lead account plans, define targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer priorities. Travel up to 30% may be required, with preferred bases in Denver, CO and other Western states.

Qualifications

• Work authorization to work in the United States.
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree.
• 10 years’ experience in technical Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and/or Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand customer relationships across assigned Data Center accounts.
• Manage assigned accounts and support sales target achievement.
• Maintain pipeline management activities and lead strategic account planning.
• Lead development and implementation of account plans and executive relationships.
• Monitor competitor activity and respond with strategic actions.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and guidelines.
