Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years in business development, sales, or account management within Commercial & Industrial markets.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of data center and C&I market trends, challenges, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for the C&I Data Center market.
• Qualify and advance opportunities across hyperscale and colocation customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, commercial, legal, and product teams to tailor solutions.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to uncover growth.
• Represent Hitachi Energy at industry conferences, trade shows, events.
• Prepare and deliver market and segment insights to support sales and marketing.
