Job summary

ABB Inc. in the United States seeks a Strategic Program Director to lead the strategy and relationships with key data center accounts within ABB Electrification's IBC organization.

You will drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across divisions and locations, coordinating cross-functional teams and defining Statements of Work. This remote role requires travel and the ability to shape tailored sales strategies, monitor pipeline, and engage executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with extensive industry experience.
• Experience with data center customers is a plus.
• Strong strategic mindset and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement account plans and SoW to drive growth.
• Drive Customer-Centric Sales Strategy: Shape tailored strategies and targets based on core drivers.
• Build Trusted Relationships: Engage executive stakeholders and align ABB solutions with client needs and profitability.
• Enable Competitive & Coordinated Execution: Monitor market trends, leverage standardized tools, ensure unified planning and issue resolution.
