ABB Inc. seeks a Senior Strategic Account Manager for its ABB Electrification business, focused on data center accounts within the IBC organization. You will develop account plans, drive strategic sales, and nurture executive relationships to grow share of wallet and profitability.

Remote work is allowed with travel as needed. The role reports to the Strategic Program Director and requires a deep technical and market background in data centers, with a track record of delivering customer-centric

Qualifications

Bachelor's or equivalent with 10+ years in the industry
Experience working with data center customers is a plus
Strong understanding of Electrification products
Proven ability to conduct market analysis and develop business plans; builds relationships with contractors, distributors, and channel partners

Responsibilities

Lead Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement account plans and SoW to drive growth across divisions and locations.
Drive Customer-Centric Sales Strategy: Understand key business drivers to shape tailored sales strategies and targets.
Build Trusted Relationships: Engage decision-makers within data center organizations, delivering ABB solutions aligned with customer needs and profitability goals.
Enable Competitive & Coordinated Execution: Monitor market trends, apply Salesforce, and ensure a unified approach to sales planning and issue resolution.
