Job summary

ABB seeks a Senior Strategic Account Manager in the US to lead strategy and relationships for ABB Electrification’s data center accounts. You’ll create account plans, drive customer-centric sales strategies, and coordinate cross-functional teams to grow share, profitability, and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing or related field; minimum 10 years in industry or an Associate’s degree with 12+ years in industry.
Experience with data center customers is a plus.
Strong understanding of Electrification products.
Proven ability to conduct market analysis and develop business plans with a strategic mindset.
Technical background in data center markets; strong communication and agile leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic account planning and develop SoWs to drive growth across divisions and locations.
Drive a customer-centric sales strategy addressing sustainability, digitalization, and cybersecurity.
Build trusted relationships with decision-makers in data center organizations to deliver ABB solutions.
Coordinate execution using standard tools (e.g., Salesforce) and maintain a unified sales approach.
