Job summary

ABB seeks a Strategic Program Director to develop, implement, and manage strategy and relationships with data center accounts within ABB Electrification's IBC organization. You will coordinate cross-functionally, drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across multiple locations.

You will lead account planning, shape sales strategies, and engage executive stakeholders, leveraging Salesforce for pipeline management and unified execution. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing or related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Extensive experience with data center customers and Electrification products.
• Strong market analysis and strategic planning skills; proven relationship-building with contractors, distributors, and channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement account plans and SoWs to drive growth across divisions and locations.
• Drive Customer-Centric Sales Strategy: Shape tailored sales strategies and targets based on business drivers and risks.
• Build Trusted Relationships: Engage decision-makers within data center organizations to deliver ABB solutions aligned with customer needs and profitability goals.
• Enable Competitive & Coordinated Execution: Monitor market trends, apply Salesforce, and ensure unified sales planning and issue resolution.
