Job summary

ABB is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to lead strategic planning and manage relationships with major data center accounts. You will craft account plans and SoWs, drive growth, and align ABB Electrification solutions with customer needs while navigating cross-functional teams across ABB EL and IBC.

The role offers remote work with travel as needed and requires extensive experience with data center customers, power systems, and channel partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree with extensive industry experience
• Experience with data center customers is a plus
• Strong understanding of Electrification products
• Market analysis and strategic business planning experience
• Experience building relationships with contractors, distributors and channel partners
• Solid technical understanding of 3-phase AC power systems and related equipment
• Experience quoting projects for contractors and familiarity with power monitoring and control solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account planning and develop SoWs to drive growth
• Drive customer-centric sales strategy considering sustainability, digitalization and cybersecurity
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers in data center organizations
• Enable competitive and coordinated execution using standardized tools like Salesforce
