Job summary

ABB is seeking a strategic leader to manage data center-related accounts within ABB Electrification for the IBC organization. The role involves developing account plans, driving sales strategies, and engaging executives across multiple locations.

The position is remote with travel as needed, and reports to the Strategic Program Director. The candidate will analyze market trends, build senior relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver ABB power solutions and services to data

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's in Engineering, Marketing or related field with 10+ years in the industry OR Associate's degree with 12+ years of experience.
• Data center customer experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Electrification products.
• Proven ability to build relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, and channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Account Planning and develop SoW to drive growth across divisions and locations.
• Drive customer-centric sales strategy considering sustainability, digitalization, cybersecurity.
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers in data center orgs to deliver ABB solutions and profitability.
• Coordinate execution using standardized sales tools and maintain unified sales planning.
