Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing or related field with minimum 10 years of industry experience, or Associate's degree with 12 years.
• Experience with data center customers is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Electrification products.
• Proven ability to conduct market analysis and develop strategic plans with channel partners.
• Brings a technical background, strong communication skills, and an agile, collaborative leadership style.
• Solid technical understanding of 3-phase AC power systems and related distribution products.

• Lead Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement account plans and SoWs to drive growth.
• Drive Customer-Centric Sales Strategy: Shape tailored sales strategies and targets.
• Build Trusted Relationships: Engage decision-makers within data center organizations.
