Job summary

phData is seeking a Client Account Lead to own a portfolio of strategic, industry-focused accounts across the United States. You will drive growth, profitability, and executive relationships while collaborating with Sales, Technical Account Leads, Delivery leaders, and ecosystem partners to deliver high-impact AI & data programs.

You will translate client objectives into strategic programs, ensure profitable engagements, and shape long-term account roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting or data-driven verticals.
• Ownership of revenue targets in the $10–20M+ range.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own account strategy, delivery, and growth for a portfolio of strategic, industry-focused accounts.
• Translate client objectives into strategic programs spanning data platforms, pipelines, governance, analytics, and AI.
• Ensure engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and with strong profitability and measurable business value.
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market, Delivery, Finance, Product, and Partner teams to align on account health and opportunities.
• Provide strategic leadership in executive meetings, workshops, and roadmaps, and drive governance across accounts.
