Job summary

phData is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Leader to partner with senior executives and shape strategic roadmaps across data and AI initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive measurable business outcomes, and translate capabilities into revenue and efficiency gains.

In this remote-first role, you’ll own engagements, manage stakeholders, mentor consultants, and contribute to phData’s advisory offerings with practical frameworks and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on AI or data strategy leadership.
• 2+ years consulting leadership with external clients.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional engagements end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI & data strategy engagements end-to-end with executive sponsors.
• Own engagement delivery; manage scope, risk, and C-suite relationships.
• Bridge business needs and technology with actionable recommendations.
• Architect future-state operating models and scalable data stacks.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to thought leadership and collateral.
• Support sales pursuits and client presentations with compelling narratives.
