Job summary

phData is a remote-first data and AI consultancy with teams across the United States. We are seeking a Program Manager to lead complex data and AI programs for enterprise clients, orchestrating multi-geo phData teams and partners to deliver measurable business impact.

You will own engagement budgets, risk management, and stakeholder communications, translating strategy into roadmaps and integrated delivery plans that balance pace, quality, scope, and risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading client-facing programs in consulting or professional services.
• Experience managing data & AI programs across multi-workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with multi-geo teams and remote delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex AI and data programs as the primary contact for client sponsors and partners.
• Translate client strategy into roadmaps and delivery plans across multi-geo teams.
• Partner with delivery leads, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment to business goals.
• Own engagement financials including budget, burn, margins, forecasting, and risk management.
• Provide executive-level status updates and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Navigate ambiguity and trade-offs with data-informed recommendations.
• Manage project risks and escalations with delivery and sales teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand phData services within accounts.
• Coach PMs and consultants to elevate delivery practices.
