Job summary

Talkdesk in the United States is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to deliver white-glove CXA and CCaaS implementations. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers from discovery to deployment and ensuring alignment with business goals.

You will partner with sales and product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, provide hands-on support, and contribute to templates and best practices that accelerate success across critical projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or significant professional experience.
• 3+ years in Professional Services or Consulting with a focus on AI or automation in SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic implementations with new and existing customers that align with strategic objectives.
• Provide guidance and hands-on support to ensure technical alignment and project success.
