Job summary

Talkdesk, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to design and implement complex software solutions. You will lead scoping sessions, architect client solutions, and create comprehensive SOWs. You will work with product, implementation and sales to align requirements with Talkdesk offerings and drive roadmap decisions.

You will mentor junior architects and engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables while navigating a fast-paced SaaS environment with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or 5 years IT PM in a SaaS business.
• Experience with CX, CCaaS, and/or UCaaS solutions.
• Familiar with creating and managing Web Services (REST/SOAP/WSDL).
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Engaging personality with a consulting approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping and discovery sessions with sales and clients to understand business requirements.
• Architect solutions with best practices and targeted questions during engagements.
• Create accurate statements of work and proposed solutions with deliverables, timelines, and pricing.
• Collaborate with product, implementation and sales to refine SOWs and processes.
• Gain product knowledge and identify gaps to influence the roadmap.
• Prioritize products and features based on client needs with cross-functional teams.
• Translate client requirements to internal stakeholders ensuring alignment with Talkdesk offerings.
• Help build department methodologies and tools to improve quality and efficiency.
• Identify process improvements and technical solutions across projects.
