Job summary

Talkdesk, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to lead CXA and CCaaS implementations for enterprise customers within the Professional Services organization, delivering a white-glove experience across the customer journey.

You will collaborate with Product, Support, and partners to provide hands-on guidance, drive adoption, and share best practices while translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders. A strong foundation in JS/Python/TS and API integrations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or significant professional experience in a technical role.
• 3+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development, with a focus on AI or automation solutions in a SaaS environment.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.
• Demonstrated experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and SDKs to build integrations between systems.
• Working knowledge around foundation models, RAG, LLM orchestration, and AI toolchains.
• A true consultative approach and ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Client management experience is highly valued.
• Engaging personality with polished verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS solutions with new and existing customers.
• Provide hands-on guidance to internal teams, partners, and customers during implementation.
• Drive post-implementation success and customer adoption with best practices.
• Collaborate with Product and Support to address feature requests and issues.
• Contribute to CXA templates, playbooks, and best practices for deployment quality.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building relationships with executives and guiding CXA strategy.
