Job summary

Talkdesk is looking for a Sr. Partner Solutions Engineer in the United States, responsible for driving technical enablement and growth among key partners. This role requires at least 12 years of experience in the CCaaS sector and expertise in Agentic AI solutions. The successful candidate will be the main technical point of contact, leading co-selling and providing solutions to meet customer needs. Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in the CCaaS/CXA sector.
• Experience with regional TSB/TSD and VARs.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs for customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on Agentic AI solutions.
• Act as a communication channel for partner needs.
