Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. in Lowell, Arkansas, is seeking a Customer Experience Account Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience for the assigned client base.

You will develop relationships, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with internal teams to implement the customer's solution, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate billing. This full-time role requires 2 years of transportation/logistics or related experience, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of transportation/logistics, sales, account management or related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred with 2 years of transportation/logistics, sales, or account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the spirit and methodology of J.B. Hunt's Customer Value Delivery for assigned clients (Understand, Deliver, Measure, Communicate, and Anticipate).
• Understand, analyze, and improve KPIs such as NPS, award compliance rate, and time-to-reply speed on the CEAM Scorecard.
• Coordinate with internal teams and the customer to implement solutions, including kickoff and contractual obligations.
• Oversee on-time delivery, accurate billing, available capacity, and optimal margins by coordinating with operations, pricing, and other teams.
• Anticipate customer issues and proactively provide solutions to prevent obstacles and exceed expectations.
• Present to client stakeholders onsite or remotely to discuss service levels, cost and delivery analysis, and compliance.
