Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 4-5 years of experience in claims, transportation/logistics, warehouse operations, insurance, relevant field, and/or military equivalent.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Arkansas, New York, and California Adjuster's License (Property and Casualty).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Risk Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing both transportation and warehouse/cold storage claims.
• Strong settlement negotiation and revenue-driven claims resolution.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage complex cargo, warehouse, cold storage, inventory spoilage, and related logistics claims.
• Act as the customer’s advocate, holding internal teams and external parties accountable to contractual obligations.
• Analyze documents to validate claims and ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and filing requirements.
• Coordinate with carriers, facilities, insurers, and counsel to ensure timely reporting and efficient claim closure.
• Manage monetary aspects of claims including reserves, payments, and financial reporting.
