Job summary

Zeta Global is seeking a Customer Success Manager in New York to drive client outcomes and revenue growth across publisher partners. You will own a portfolio end-to-end, responsible for renewals, expansion, and long-term partner value, while guiding platform adoption and performance.

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, align Zeta’s solutions to business goals, and maintain high client experience with proactive engagement and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or publisher partnerships.
• Proven ability to drive renewals and grow revenue within existing accounts.
• Strong client-facing presence with influence at day-to-day and exec levels.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of business with renewals, upsell, and cross-sell within publisher accounts.
• Build and manage a pipeline of expansion opportunities and monitor growth to goals.
• Lead client communications including business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Analyze performance to provide data-driven recommendations and optimization.
