Zeta Global in New York, NY seeks a Director of Client Partnerships (Publisher Cloud) to drive enterprise revenue by transforming customer engagement, activating first-party data, and monetizing retail media. You will lead CRM, CDP, and lifecycle marketing initiatives with senior stakeholders in large retailers and omnichannel brands.

The role centers on building ROI-driven business cases, expanding Publisher Cloud adoption, and aligning product marketing with customer success to scale revenue

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of enterprise sales experience in MarTech, CRM, CDP, or AdTech.
• Proven success selling into retailers, eCommerce, or omnichannel brands.
• Working knowledge of retail media ecosystems and AdTech.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle enterprise sales across net-new retail and commerce accounts.
• Develop and execute account strategies targeting large retailers and omnichannel brands.
• Consistently exceed quota across complex multi-product deals.
• Lead conversations on lifecycle marketing, retention and LTV growth.
• Build ROI-driven business cases with senior marketing leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive expansion across lifecycle and media.
