Job summary

Zeta Global is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager, CRM to serve as a strategic partner for enterprise clients, driving value from Zeta's marketing technology solutions. You will build relationships with marketing leaders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results.

You will own loyalty, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven optimization, guiding clients to maximize platform adoption and achieve retention and growth across campaigns and channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or related client-facing role in MarTech/SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing, marketing automation, loyalty programs, and lifecycle strategies.
• Experience managing enterprise client relationships and advising senior marketing stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze marketing performance data and translate insights into action.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic client relationships with enterprise clients and stakeholders.
• Develop loyalty and lifecycle marketing strategies to boost engagement and retention.
• Analyze campaign performance and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.
• Help clients maximize adoption of Zeta's platform capabilities.
• Lead strategic business reviews with campaign results and recommendations.
• Support retention and growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Analytics, and Operations to deliver seamless service.
• Share client feedback to inform product enhancements.
• Drive operational excellence by prioritizing deliverables and timely execution.
