Zeta Global is seeking a results-driven Customer Success Manager to act as strategic advisor for a portfolio of clients, driving retention, growth, and platform adoption. You will partner with marketing teams to design and implement lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels and ensure measurable business outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing renewals and expansions, and delivering high-value solutions through the Zeta Marketing Platform.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or digital marketing.
• Experience with email and digital marketing programs.
• Experience with marketing automation or ESP platforms.
• Familiarity with customer journey development and lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Experience managing multi-channel or omnichannel marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Own client success and growth by managing a portfolio of client relationships, driving retention and expansion.
• Lead strategic client engagement by developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies across email, SMS, and other channels.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Solutions Consulting, Product, Operations, and Support to deliver client initiatives.
• Champion the platform by promoting new features and educating clients on best practices.
• Manage operational success including billing, budgeting, and forecasting, with timely issue resolution.
