Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Client Services, or related role in MarTech/SaaS/digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of email marketing, loyalty programs, and lifecycle strategies.
• Experience managing enterprise relationships and advising senior marketing stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Proven project management and ability to balance multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own Strategic Client Relationships with enterprise clients and stakeholders.
• Drive Loyalty Strategy & Performance to improve engagement and retention.
• Deliver Data-Driven Insights from campaign performance and KPIs.
• Maximize Platform Adoption by guiding clients on Zeta capabilities.
• Lead Strategic Business Reviews with clients and teams.
• Support Client Retention & Growth via upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Success, Analytics, and Operations.
