Qualifications
- Five+ years of experience in account or customer success management.
- Proven ability to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Gainsight).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans with clear objectives.
- Build executive-level partnerships and coordinate with sales, product, and support.
- Monitor portfolio usage, adoption, and churn risk; conduct regular reviews.
- Own retention and renewal lifecycle for Enterprise & Mid-Market accounts.
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales for renewals.
- Triages and resolves complex customer issues with internal teams.
